Sloan, a global leader in commercial plumbing products, needed a 25,000 sq. ft experience centre in Gurugram — a space to showcase its products to architects, consultants and clients, combining display, demonstration and working systems under one roof.
An experience centre isn't a showroom; it's live infrastructure. Working product demonstrations meant the building itself had to carry serious services — high-capacity power, full air-conditioning, and a 1000 CFM compressed-air system — all integrated invisibly behind a premium finished environment, and all coordinated to one programme.
A complete turnkey build: civil modifications and interiors to create the display environment, plus the full MEP package — power distribution, a 200 HP VRV HVAC system, 1000 CFM of compressed-air infrastructure, and complete plumbing and fire-fighting. Every trade engineered and delivered in-house, under single-point accountability.
A fully commissioned, premium experience centre where Sloan's products are shown working, at scale — delivered as one coordinated scope rather than a stack of subcontracts.
